I love this desk chair. It looks like a much more expensive chair and is very comfortable. It was also very easy to assemble. The only cons would be that the chair is slightly too deep for my legs (I'm 5'5") but it doesn't really create much of a problem and one of the arms had a minor imperfection/bump on it but you can barely notice it (I got the all-black model). Overall I'd say this chair is an excellent value for someone looking for a designer looking desk chair.This is definitely a cheap chair. Had a broken piece when it arrived. We will make due with it but I can tell it won’t last long.UPDATE: I have updated this review to 4 stars as customer service is good and they went out of their way to make me satisfied with this issue.Happy with the product, extremely, I gave a one star rating because we bought 6 of these and one was defective, however, we contacted Amazon, and yes, it was frustrating because we had to disassemble it for the return. Ultimately a new chair was sent by the seller, without us having to send the defective one back, so that went in the bin, wish we knew this before we disassembled it.Apart from this issue, we use all 6 in our boardroom. They are comfortable, easy to adjust, and can handle some good weight on them.They have a nice finished hook, and are soft in design, it basically conforms to your body, so you dont have back or leg ache from sitting on them for too long, because they also assist with posture.They do get dirty real easy, because it is white, but they are very easy to clean, and keep clean.Love this highly recommended.Super sleek and great looking chair. The chair takes under 10 minutes to assembly, and is very easy to assemble by yourself. Chair is firm, yet comfortable to sit in for hours at a time...and definitely perfect for a smaller desk. I’m super happy with my choice here! Seller support was excellent. My chair did arrive with a defective part, and seller responded in less than 24 hours to my email...and had a new replacement part out in a few days.This is a very chic looking chair with firm support. The arms are not padded, but lined with leather. The chair has a strong new smell, but hopefully that will go away in time. The base is mostly metal, unlike my previous office chairs, which were plastic; so it is noisier when you sit down & roll around in it. I like how easy it is to lean back in the chair. There was a notice on the box that said you can redeem $5 back from your purchase if you write a positive review; so maybe this could sway some of the reviewers. Maybe not; I don't know. But I would probably buy it again.Good product for price. Looks very nice and was easy to set up. However, not the most comfortable, every time I sit in it I feel like I might fall forwards and there’s hardly any cushion. I saw a lot of reviews that said there was a strong smell and I haven’t noticed this at all.I really struggled with the purchased of this, because the reviews were so mixed. I knew I wanted a clean, white functional desk chair with a smaller footprint and armrests. The chair had to be high enough to reach our standard height desk, and low enough so my feet wouldn't dangle. I especially liked the arm covering that came with each one.They swivel well and are comfortable to set in. I ordered the brown ones and was happy with the rich color.
