The chair is awesome the only thing is I wish I could leave the heat on with out the massage runningThe chair is amazing. Easy to assemble and good quality. Nice heat and lumbar massage. Customer service is also incredible. I had an issue with my chair through no fault of the seller. Even though it was my fault, they worked with me to get it resolved quickly I highly recommend.So thrilled with this reclinable massage chair. I'm sure it's great for the office but I bought it for my husband to use while watching TV. Received this chair in less than a week after I ordered it. My husband and I put it together in less than 45 minutes. The instructions were very easy and all all the parts were coded with letters for easy assembly. Very happy with the chocolate brown color, size and the quality of this chair. One of the cool things about this chair is that it is a decent size and yet small enough to fit through the bedroom door. So whether we are watching TV in the family room or the bedroom, this chair works. Hopefully it will last a long time.Ever since losing everything to the DEC 10 Tornado, I've had to buy many things and assemble more pieces of furniture in a few months than I have in my entire lifetime. With that said, this was surprisingly simple to assemble compared to 3 other similar chairs. The worst parts to assemble were already assembled and it took only about 10 minutes to complete.As for comfort, the only complaint I have is that the foot rest doesn't seem to extend as far as I'd like. I have another chair that has an extended foot rest but THIS one only comes out to about your mid-thighs ...and I am short (about 5' 5").It has a lot of good massage features but I don't use that due to the fact that it just makes my nose start itching after vibrating for a few minutes. So not much to say there except that it works. Nonetheless, I like the vibrating features on another chair better because, unlike this one, it can use USB to power it. Use a USB power bank allows me to not worry about pulling the plug out upon moving around in the chair. This one is tethered to the wall with it's AC plug.It's comfortable despite not going down to the floor very far. But like I said previously; I am short. But the cushioning below the back of my knees is very good and makes up for that by preventing any residual pain from my legs hanging down. I can still touch the floor with my toes.The product arrived damaged I put most of it together to find out the arm is broken and the whole chair leans to the left. The pre drilled wholes are not lined up symmetrically so it won’t sit up straight. The metal base is bent as well. The customer services team will accept a return only if I pay to ship it back or they will give me a 15% discount to keep an unusable $200 chair. Bad business. Over all the chit seems nice it would be very comfortable if it wasn’t broken.Update the seller did refund our money we liked the functionality so we bought two more however the same manufacturer defect of it leaning to the left is still an issue in both new chairs. There aren’t any broken parts and all the pieces were included in that two chairs that we currently have so I guess overall it’s not that bad of a product. And the customer service end was handled they are very comfortable chairs I just wish they didn’t lean to the leftThe vibrate and heat are not independent from each other. You cannot have heat without vibrating. The vibration is annoying. The heat is only a small area on the upper chair. Very disappointing! The chair itself is very comfortable. The foot rest is fabulous! If you are looking for a very comfortable chair with a great footrest, I would recommend. If you are looking for a great heated massage chair, probably better to keep looking.I just got a contract to work from home and I knew I had to get a more comfortable chair. After lots of research I decided on Homerest with a footrest and heated massage. It was the best decision I ever made. It’s super cushiony and comfortable and I could feel the heated massage work within minutes! Getting this chair is the best investment for my back and my bank account. Oh, and the color brown helps my home office look so classy ?Bought for an employee who was having back pain. He says his pain has improved.
